Justice Ginsberg compares gay marriage laws to skim milk. But that is not going to work with the five Republicans on the court. For that brings up equal justice, due process, the hated 14th Amendment, fairness, equality and of course what Republicans hate most to hear from the Man from Kenya, doing the right thing. No, the Republican Supremes are going to have to play other legal games to redirect the law and hide their religious intolerance and personal bigotry to take a crap on gays and lesbians. The Good News is they won’t be around forever.
