Every once in awhile the more than obvious needs to be spelled out.
Why do Republicans, contrary to the facts, the truth and common sense [this also applies to evolution and climate change] contend that gay men and women CHOOSE to be gay? Why tell a lie everyone knows to be a lie. Are the just using the Fox News game plan or is their more to it?
Republicans tell the lie that homosexuality is a CHOSEN LIFESTYLE because then they can bypass the 14th Amendment and legally apply their bigotry to discriminate against gays. If on the other hand, Republicans admit that homosexually is inborn they cannot either defend or legislate new laws against it. Is Bigotry Genetic?
