Newsy News kicks off their first presidential poll of the year; and if this is a cross-section of America, the presidential election is going to be a nail biter. If Susie Sampson looks too cute to be a Tea Partier, it’s because she only plays one on TV – the better to disarm some of the Hillary haters. While Susie did interview a few Republicans, most people were pro-Hillary. There’s always an exception, and
the loudest anti -Hillary voice really stands out. A Republican man is seen speaking to Susie, when a beehive wearing his wife, and jeweled sunglasses rolled up, and announced: ” I DON’T personally think a woman should run for president, we’re too emotional!”
Forget female solidarity, I don’t think you should vote ‘for a woman’ any more than you should vote ‘for a man,’ but I have to wonder how it is that this woman has never clapped eyes on John Boehner during one of his ‘rainy’ days. Perhaps she only has her own emotional weather to draw from, or she watches ‘Dance Moms,’ but I suspect that not everyone has done their homework.
Editorializing for a moment, if I didn’t know another thing about Hillary, it would be enough that she knows tricks the Republicans have been playing since ‘ The Clinton Administration.
She won’t make the mistake of patiently ‘reaching across the aisle’ in an effort to seem fair and equitable to the unreasonable. Also, they hate her so very much…That is a powerful recommendation!
I have no idea who Dick Whitman is, but if Susie wants ‘another Dick in the White House’ she may get her wish. The Republicans will have been out for 8 years, you know.
