So being from rural Wisconsin not far from Green Bay, I just cannot come up with what it is the guy has done wrong? I am sure he has some plan with the store to return the carts the next day. And we all know we should not be driving cars or trucks when we have had a drink or two. I suppose the guy needed one of those farm equipment triangles on the last cart. But you know damn well that cop would have done the same no matter.
And more importantly, the quantity of beer portends quite a few people not far down the road going dry and unhappy.
All that comes to my mind is…
