By now, we’re all-too familiar with ‘The Pervert on the Bus’ – the notorious tape from Access Hollywood. It’s worth noting that Billy Bush – Trump’s giggling and adoring audience in the tape, has just been suspended by ‘the Today Show.’ Apparently, the bar at NBC hasn’t lowered as far as the one Trump slithered over to become the Republican presidential candidate.
Seth covers the entire drama with wit and wisdom….But we do what we can. I am most struck by the Town Hall. “Nobody respects women more than I do,” claimed Trump. When it was Hillary’s turn to speak, Trump disregarded the time-honored courtesy of retiring to the chair provided for him. He glowered, paced, skulked, and even physically crowded Hillary during her turn. Trump’s face resembled nothing so much as an imperious, angry mask of Il Duce out to intimidate and perhaps shame her? During his own turn, Trump lost his debate sniffles, instead emanating indefinable barnyard noises from his nasal passages. If he wasn’t such a fit, virile guy, I’d say he should get that checked out, ya think?
