What with Radical Christianists, Christian extremists and those who radicalize our children in Christian churches and schools on the rise, the rest of us have to stand up and be counted to denounce this religious crap for the religions crap it is no matter what the brand.
I do understand that ridiculing and shaming radicalized Christians here in America’s Bible Belt does little good other than making them squawk and dig in, but I also understand how important it is to give those coming up a good look into the bigotry and the stupid they no longer must join in with.
Searching around this morning I came to the best numbers I could find on the religious violence committed by ISIS. They have killed about 25,000 Muslims and about 100 Christians and Jews. Of course only the later is newsworthy. So 249 out of every 250 people these Muslims kill are fellow Muslims. We cannot call that RELIGIOUS VIOLENCE, instead we are all required to call it SECTARIAN VIOLENCE. Which I suppose differentiates between religious people killing those of another faith opposed to killing those within one’s own faith. Right? Or does it refer to people over 70?

Sorry… I thought that his trip to Iraq to single handedly destroy, decimate and eliminate ISIS he had sacrificed himself for the cause. Guess I was dreaming.
