Seth Meyers takes a closer look at Donald Trump’s racially charged comments about the judge presiding over the lawsuit against Trump University. Trump’s ridiculous remarks seem to be an attempt to deflect racism and guilt onto the judge. If you’re convinced that President Trump will hire and listen to experts in all fields of importance if elected – you’re probably still waiting for the Tooth Fairy.
On a mock-up of Trump’s baseball card, Seth shows Trump’s position as “Left Field.” Trump refuses to release his stats, but states on the back of the card; “They’re AMAZING, believe me – everyone says so!” It all sounds familiar hey?

My point is, the Republican party didn’t buy this pig in a poke. It’s amusing to watch Republican party leaders ‘stand by their man’ while avoiding the near occasion of agreeing with Trump’s racist remarks. But for delicious irony and comic timing nothing compares to that of Paul Ryan! Ryan may have felt the gravitas of his new position. Only after much deliberation, and ‘policy meetings’ with the candidate did Ryan announce his endorsement…But barely before Trump began his egregious attack on the Judge!
Trump is now officially Ryan’s choice. Whether he chews up and befouls the living room furniture, or piddles on the carpet and humps a stranger’s leg…He’s their dog, and they chose him. I’m sure they’ll be able to train him in time before the election..Won’t they?
