The unarmed Mexican that US Border agents Jose Compean and Ignacio Ramos shot in the back last year has been finally indicted for marijuana smuggling. This has brought back the screeching from Republicans to release these American heroes from their 10 year prison sentences. The 10 year sentences did not come from shooting unarmed Mexicans in the back, it came from a Republican driven mandatory sentencing law regarding their cover up of a crime when weapons are involved. Down here in Dumbass, Texas shooting unarmed Mexicans is as popular as it was 150 years ago when we had a bounty on them. Shooting unarmed people is the stuff of heroes not only down here but throughout the Republcian Party. It’s the nature of the Beast. Local talk radio is discussing (if the two heroes are released) to include them in the upcoming parade plans to celebrate Joe Horn who just a few days ago shot two unamrmed Hispanics with a shotgun from 15 feet.
