Uterine Police: Miscarriage punishible by death proposes GA Rep Bobby Franklin

"Just say no to sex" and the lack of sexual information which results from it, appears to be more wide-spread in the higher echelons of the Republican party than with youth.

It’s obvious that State Rep. Bobby Franklin R-GA is unaware that a miscarriage is an unwanted and unpreventable event in the life of an expectant mother. For her carelessness, Franklin feels she should suffer no less than imprisonment and death. Franklin has introduced a 10-page bill that would criminalize both miscarriages and abortion in Georgia as "Prenatal Murder."

The proposed bill holds women responsible for protecting their fetuses from "the moment of conception," despite the fact that pregnancy tests aren’t accurate until at least 3 weeks after conception. Franklin has not disclosed how he intends to organize the massive Uterine Police effort which will be necessary to enforce the bill, or whether special training is necessary. Perhaps it is his attempt to increase jobs in Georgia?

So where is this ignorant mysonist’s head at? Needless to say…

"The Bible says [homosexuality is] a capital offense. You want someone with unrepentant criminal behavior? And it’s not just that, neither should adulterers, neither should thieves, neither should a lot of things. The church is full of sinners, but we’re told in 1st Corinthians it rattled off the homosexual, the adulterer, the thief, the liar, and such were some of you, but you’ve been washed, you’ve been justified and so forth. It’s not what you were. You’re not punishing a thought. But do you want an unrepentant drug dealer in the military? Same thing." Georgia State Rep. Bobby Franklin

Just goes to show you, Bevis and Butthead could get elected to State Legislatures…
