Do you ‘swear like a sailor?’ If so, it could be a good thing – you could be a happier, healthier person for it.  Maybe fabled sailors have long known things that modern researchers are only just learning. As advertised, swearing can improve your life in seven ways that have been proved by researchers.

When you hit your thumb with a hammer, an ‘expletive deleted’ may fly out without any thought. We know it’s an automatic reaction, what we didn’t know is that it really can help to ease pain – a drug-free way to release the feel-good chemicals, endorphins.
