And there is the bottom line in this Hobby Lobby crap. Please add “Keep your religion out of my healthcare, my schools, my government and my life.”
Already this week we had our good friends in Saudi Arabia codify laws declaring that atheism is terrorism – punishable by beheading. After all, I am sure you are well aware of all the violence the world over from atheists driving jets into buildings, blowing up schools, killing little girls and blowing themselves up down at the Kroger.
There is an enormous difference between any failings of atheism which do not come in the name of atheism and the failings of religion which come in the name of religion.
The bane of humanity is the marriage between ignorance and believing only what we want to believe. It rears it’s ugly head mostly in religious matters, for if you think too hard about it, it falls apart. So best to just keep busy and when you do begin to think too deeply about anything at all, turn on Sean Hannigy, Rush Limbaugh Jim Beam and all will be well. Remember, think only what they tell you to think. That’s the key to being an ignorant boob.
Oh, and if you ever start imagining what it would be like to be homeless, uninsured, black, poor, in jail or gay, mosey on over to THE REPUBLICAN PLATFORM and read on. It will bring you out of that silly crap and explain in detail why the other guy can go to Hell.
