Illinois Inmate Johnathan Pinney is sick and tired of being arrested and incarcerated, and really who can blame him? With the eye of a born problem solver he has petitioned the U.S. District Court demanding that state and federal officials stop arresting him. By the way, he’s petitioning from behind bars where he’s serving four years for aggravated battery of a police office, who disagrees with Pinney’s contention that he has never done anything illegal
Inmate Jonathan Pinney is not an unreasonable man, he can put the grief behind him if the government agrees to modest restitution. Fifty billion dollars (yes, billion with a ‘b’) will come in handy when he also receives his uninhabited land. There he will start his own country with sovereign and diplomatic immunity – problem solved!
Only love is missing from the this view of nirvana. Pinney wrote on his MySpace page that he "hopes to get into a committed relationship with a woman, but wouldn’t mind if it meant ‘leaving this world and marrying an alien with similar attonomy (sic) and genetics."
Perhaps MySpace needs to define the word ‘space’ for the literal minded?
