Last Week Tonight, John Oliver: Hilarious Net Neutrality or Preventing Cable Company F*@$**ry

John Oliver knows why individuals and even news outlets are ignoring net neutrality. Likewise few are raging against cable monopolies that will soon change our lives irrevocably.  It’s because of the boring words ‘net neutrality!’ Oh – and have you tried to listen to someone explain it?  A crack smoking monkey would doze off.  Those cable bazillionaires are smart. As John observes: “If you want to do something evil,  put it inside something boring.” Rarely has there been a better example of this axiom in practice.

A much better definition of net neutrality is “preventing cable company f*@^*ery.” There! That’s the explanation we’ve been seeking!   John explains it all in a way that is not in any way boring!  When you’ve learned all you need to know, I hope you’ll act upon John’s exhortation to all of the commentors.

The FCC (fools that they are) have invited us to comment on net neutrality ( or ‘preventing cable company f*#*ery) Please do so at:

Addressing the many who comment daily on a plethora of news and social media sites, John suggests;
“For once in your life focus your indiscriminate rage in a useful direction.”   I suggest that you feel free to let fly. Hit Caps Lock and let them know we’re awake and they are not going to bore us into slavery.
