It’s not too early to start planning the perfect Halloween costume. Buzzfeed comedy videos takes you to a world where men dress with the same care and objectives as women when planning just the right costume for a night of Halloween revelry…Because, as we all know, the two sexes have far different goals. For instance: “Is it good slutty or bad slutty?” These are words you will (almost) never hear men ask one another when they are putting their gear together for a party.
In general, men tend to keep it simple, scary and grotesque with occasional flashes of sparkling ingenuity. This may well be the major difference between men and women. Ask a lady what she plans to be for Halloween and the first word will be ‘sexy’ – as in – a sexy nurse, a sexy nun, a sexy teacher or of course – a sexy bunny! In fact, if a woman chose to vary from the usual, and depict Typhoid Mary, or dress as Mrs. Bigfoot to compliment her big, hairy male Yetti companion, the the lady would find a way to be a ‘sexy Bigfoot.’
This is why it’s fun to watch this Buzzfeed video spoof in which men endeavor to costume themselves in their usual disguises – but with a twist. Just like the ladies, these guys make their Batman and football player – macho costumes, look sexy…And just like the ladies, they find that being sexy in October is often very chilly. Worse yet, that nice, sexy nurse and her cute bunny friend can make some loud, obnoxious catcalls! At least the guys aren’t wearing stiletto platform heels…Which truly is cheating a bit…Ya think?
