The centuries old mystery of The Mona Lisa’s "secret smile" may be no more mysterious than a peek up her dress. Leonardo Da Vinci was a known prankster and homosexual. It’s as likely that the famous painting is a self portrait, as it is any of the other women who have been
considered and rejected as possibilities throughout history.Italy’s National Committee for Cultural Heritage, and officials in France aren’t happy to merely leave her identity in doubt. Incredibly, they’ve received permission to exhume the old
prankster, and try to identify Da Vinci as the mysterious lady if at all possible. If they’re proven right, will the lyrics to the song "Mona Lisa" need to be changed?
