Speaking of pizza, the elephant in the room is most of the US pizza places, especially the big chains, use rabbit turd sausage rather than the real thing. I have found the best real thing is Lou Malnati’s in Chicago. A sausage deep dish pizza has sausage! It’s one giant sausage patty under an inch of cheese and inch of fresh tomatoes. They deliver 6 for a $100 overnight which is often cheaper than home delivery. Try it, SAUSAGE, you’ll be glad you did. I think this is the big difference tween New York and Chicago Pizza, its pepperoni vs sausage.
