Senator Colbert has a problem. It looks like Tea Party African American congressman Tim Scott will fill the interim Senate seat until special election in 2014. With that the GOP will have solved their BLACK PROBLEM. After all, as GOP post election discussions show, Blacks (women and Hispanics) care only about terminoloty and pereption and not policy.
For some of the rest of us it will be a question of who is the most disgusting African-American in politics? Clarence Thomas, Ward Connerly or Tim Scott. But on the bright side, the South Carolina replacement would be a Tea Party Republican of one sort or another ,so perhaps a black one is a step up. Well except for the retch factor anyway.
