So, I looked it up and sure enough, Ernie’s crazy mother dressed him up as a girl for his first 6 years, even sending him to school in pink dresses.
So what is it about these guys we like and respect, Teddy Roosevelt and Ernest Hemmingway, who have to shoot and kill very large animals. How much is it about largness?
We have an ongoing issue about this here in Texas. Some nitwit spent $350,000 to get to kill one of the last black rhinos left in the world. Of course the right thing to do would be to pay the money and let the Rhino retire somewhere. But doing the right thing is a LIBERAL idea, so forget it. Liberal ideas, like book learning, schooling and being nice are not big sellers down here in Dumbutt, Texas. The best thing about Texas is the shooting and killing – oops I almost for the executions! Jesus loves guns, killing and executions.
The point is not so much any Republican issue at hand, but rather the KIND OF PERSON who would want to kill one of the last of a species so much he will spend $350,000 for the joy of it. What KIND OF PERSON is that? It is a person you would want your children to emulate? Or learn from? Or hang out with? And if you say yes to any of those questions you are more than likely from Texas, or somewhere East of Texas.
