I would guess that is about the same ration of men to women as in Alaska or the Florida Keys.
I lived a few years in the Florida Keys, how does that work on may ask. Well there are no single women living like with roommates, that doesn’t exist. What available there are live with men and are passed along. You just have to get in the right line. Oh and tourist girls with their sunburned boyfriends are easy to sneak off with. Alaska, I don’t know what they do. Flying to Hawaii I hear is one popular option.
