You may have noticed some changes at YouTube, or ‘improvements’ as they like to phrase the challenges they continue to set before us. In reality ‘hot mess’ is likely to be a more accurate description, if your YouTube video channel is now spotted with blank boxes which used to be your favorite videos.
Here at the YouTube complaint department, your complaints are heard, if not fixed to your satisfaction. On the bright side, even these complaints and evasive answers take on a comedic aspect when viewed through the lens of the auto caption feature. By the way, we’re told the auto caption is “90% accurate” – apparently it’s our hearing that’s seriously messed up!
