Joe confronted Mr Rainey and his 13 year old daughter about the "catcrap" that the father and daughters cats where leaving in his yard. He said the dreaded word twice more. The police were called and Loflin was cited with Disorderly Conduct. The Galveston County Texas City jury acquitted Loflin because their were no other witnesses other than the three involved. We went through this last year in Galveston County when a Fireman shopping in a La Marque Walmart overheard Kathryn Fridge use the F-word to her mother when she found batteries had been sold out for the oncoming hurricane.
