Boy when I heard this a few days ago I new the fallout would be horrendous from all directions. My God Mr. Mayor this is AMERICA! It is our RIGHT to be homophobic bigots and racists! It is our RIGHT to wander the malls with our 20 round clip handguns! It is our RIGHT to buy a truckload of military assault rifles with 80 round clips, from a gun show with no questions asked! As it is our RIGHT to be fat, stupid and on our way to Diabetes 3! What is this Republican from New York thinking? Next thing you know he will be trying to make handguns and assault rifles harder to get! And then where would we be. And he was thinking of running as a 3rd party presidential candidate? Earth to New York…. Come on Mike, look across the river to New Jersey for the real role model in all this, Chris Christie! Who swims everyday in a pool full of high fructose corn syrup.
BTW, it is not our RIGHT – as it is in the rest of the world – to have universal health care for all. We have a right to be unhealthy and no right to be healthy.
