Video: WTF Bizarre Shake Weight keeps ARMS in shape

I thought the three AM TV ads suddenly had a tie-in with The Onion when I first clapped eyes on this product, The Shake Weight! Any ideas of what this was before they decided to push it as an "arm exerciser?"
