Conrad Murray, who was charged with involuntary manslaughter in the death of Michael Jackson, plans to file an appeal, so that he may reinstate his medical license and practice once again. To that end, Murray granted Anderson Cooper a bizarre jailhouse interview. Murray seemed to imply that it was perfectly normal to inject Propofal in a patient’s bedroom, rather than in a surgical setting, and tried to shift blame vaguely, to Jackson’s other doctors.
Anderson talks with Producer Jack Gray about what went through his mind when the infamous doctor of Michael Jackson, stopped talking to break into a rendition of “The Little Boy That Santa Claus Forgot.” “In the street he envies all those lucky boys, but goodness knows he didn’t want a lot. I’m so sorry for that laddie who hasn’t got a daddy, the little boy that Santa Claus forgot.” If – like me, you thought perhaps Murray was painting a picture of his patient, Michael Jackson, we were both incorrect. The wealthy private physician claimed “That song tells my story, that’s how I grew up.” Santa has been generous to Murray over the years, his pity ploy is just one more bizarre element to the strange story.
