Ask not what your country can do for you, but what you can do to stop your country from doing.
Gerrymandering is not so much art in the Picasso sense of things but rather in the Rorschach sense of things.
Back in middle school I seemed to be listening to a different drummer so they sent me to the psychologist one day. When asked about the first Rorschach picture I said it reminded me of ink splashed on paper. The test was explained again for me and on the second picture I said it was ink splashed on paper and then folded over. On the third try I asked why they were all folded over like that. And so on, and so fourth.
How about this for a definition of art? A human creation that makes one wonder.
