You can’t make this stuff up, says write-in mayoral candidate Mike Dugeon. Dugeon was car-jacked at gun point by two thugs. On the bright side, no one was hurt, and security cameras produced a wonderful likeness of the two photogenic thieves. Dugeon suspects that another candidate is behind the crime.
