Not really sure why this is so funny, but it got me going.
This is a good place for my most famous recipe.
Hot Spaghetti – 250 calories. Cost $1.25.
Needed: Quart sized sauce pan, quart sized bowl, water, can opener, fork, pasta, can of Ro-Tel Diced Tomatoes Original (medium hot) or if not available in your area, use other brand of diced tomatoes with jalapenos. Note: Ro-Tel is very very popular down around here as it is what we mix with the Velveeta to make the cheese to pour over our nachos.
Bring sauce pan with quart of water to boil.
Add 4oz of pasta
Open can of Ro-Tel
Empty can into quart sized bowl and microwave for 1 minute.
Drain and add pasta.

Diet version – 250 calories. Cost $1.25.
Use 4 oz of macaroni rather than spaghetti. This also has the benefit of making it easier to measure out the pasta. One half cup.
After pasta is properly boiled, let sit in water for 5 more minutes or until each macaroni is as big as you little finger. This doubles the content with the same calorie count and fills you up! A great diet meal of the day.
