Keith Olbermann has pulled out the stops. Apple Daily’s animation team reviews O’Reilly’s ‘mistakes’ which undoubtedly are among those which have have led to the departure of Mrs. O’Reilly and his subsequent command of the police department. Keith also brings very funny Maysoon Sayid, who is a female Islamic activist comedian. Chances are, if you’ve seen her you remember, that job description isn’t exactly overflowing with applicants, and she’s good!
Zayid and Olbermann discuss the entitlement O’Reilly seems to feel. There may be a murder investigation going on, but the police are expected to drop everything and investigate a (single) brother officer’s affair with O’Reilly’s long estranged wife! The millions he is holding out like a juicy carrot could well get him in even hotter water! What is this doing for his boss Murdoch, who is already accused of being in bed with the police, although not as literally as Mrs. O’Reilly. Thin skinned Bill has left a trail of personal affronts behind him, to which a relatively normal person wouldn’t have given a second thought. It should have been a sign to Murdoch when Bill, mildly offended, regularly gathered his cadre of psychologists, body language experts, and ego soothers over much less than this. It cannot end well for anyone – with the exception of Mrs. O’Reilly, and good on her!
