“Now therefore kill every male among the little ones, and kill every woman that hath known man by lying with him. But all the women children, that have not known a man by lying with him, keep alive for yourselves.” God his own self, Numbers 31:17-18
Not sure what happened with the true believers of ISIS not yet having a video or even a few pictures of 45 Iraqi security forces screaming in a cage while being burned alive. Doing God’s work may be enjoyable but there are public relations slip ups now and again.
Like the success of religious leader Osama bin Laden who managed to change our way of life here at home, have us spend a trillion dollars by sucking us into two wars in the Middle East, getting the Muslim world to turn against us and the subsequent violent upheaval of religious violence throughout the region, ISIS is following in his successful footsteps by drawing us into the deja vu of making the same mistakes all over again. And now it stretches from Algeria to Pakistan, form Denmark to Nigeria. We need a draft.
I few things.
First, Saddam Hussein would have eliminated ISIS in about a week.
Secondly I recently took notice that ISIS only beheads other religious people which it is much maligned for. On the other hand Saudi Arabia beheads non believers outside the religious fold, which is state sanctioned and overlooked by America. I think that’s unfair. Saudi Arabia should keep their beheadings in house only to other religious believers, they should be a bit more moderate like ISIS in that.
And lastly with the news that this religious terrorist in Denmark was “radicalized” recently in prison I realized that is the political correct word for being counseled by religious leaders, whether it be in prison, schools, mosques or churches. Here in America we call it preaching where preachers coerce people into making religion the be all and end all of their lives so they give the preachers MO MONEY! We are a religious capitalistic nation. Though prisons do a good job of radicalizing, it is private schools across the Middle East that do the best job of perpetuating the religious violence.
The main thrust of the state leadership in Texas politics today – the life work of talk radio host, evangelical fundamentalist and Texas Lt Governor Dan Patrick – is to replace public education with a private school voucher system for the express purpose of radicalizing Texas school children. Home schooling is just the tip of the radicalizing iceberg.
