So no one has any idea how often police shoot at people, wound people, or kill people in America. There is no national or even state database. Why is that?
I would suspect for the same reason the NRA has lobbied Congress so well to keep the CDC from gathering gun information from hospitals. Such data would not only make our country look like the violent gun crazy nation it is, but could very well cause us to actually do something about it.
I would also suppose that if there were national racial data on how many people were shot by the police, it would mean Ferguson demonstrations across the land.
But wait, racism is dead in America according to Republicans and the five Republicans on the Supreme Court. Not so fast, watch this video of ugly ass white St Louis Cardinal fans giving black people the what for. The question we have to ask ourselves after watching this is if you think Cardinal fans are any different than white fans of any sort?
