Switzerland observes the Day of the Sick each March, and this year the President set out to encourage those who see the ill, to use laughter – it is the best medicine according to the Reader’s Digest. The problem is that the President has been described as ‘funny as a funeral director’ in the address, which is of course where people like John Oliver take over.
