If ‘Net Neutrality’ doesn’t mean anything to you now, it soon will. The FCC and greedy corporations are plotting to squelch your access to information, entertainment and well…prom, if that’s where you drive on the information super hi-way. As you’ll see, this is no mere threat. Greedy corporations like Comcast, Time-Warner and Verizon are well on the way to choking access to any website that doesn’t slip them a hefty fee.
These companies ‘give’ so much and ask so little from we, their customers, that they had to find a way to attach a fee to those sites which wish to be seen by them. If they can’t pay, we don’t need to see them. I hope you like nostalgia too. Look out dial-up and BBS boards, we’re coming home!

Tell the FCC: Restore Net Neutrality
An appeals court just dealt the latest blow to the open Internet. The court struck down the Federal Communications Commission’s Open Internet Order because of the questionable legal framework the agency used when it adopted its Net Neutrality rules in 2010.This ruling means there is no one who can protect us from ISPs that block or discriminate against websites, applications or services.
But there’s hope: FCC Chairman Tom Wheeler can correct the agency’s past mistakes and truly protect our nation’s communications infrastructure. The agency must take the necessary steps to make broadband networks open, accessible, reliable and affordable for everyone.
Tell the FCC to start treating broadband like a communications service, and to restore its Net Neutrality rules.
