James O’Keefe – who last year made the top of the news with a preacher’s Hottie daughter to foil a few ACORN workers into staying stupid things on camera – was arrested for conspiracy in entering a federal building with the intent of committing a felony. O’Keefe and three other Republican activists, – one Robert Flanagan son of Republican US Attorney William Flanagan – pretended to be phone company workers to enter the offices of Democratic Senator Mary Landrieu’s and tap her phones.
O’Keefe is in presently in jail awaiting a bond hearing. He is looking at a maximum sentence of a $250,000 fine and 10 years in prison.
