Adorable little tone-deaf imp, Ron Howard announced the coming of the Wells Fargo stagecoach in an early ad that makes John Oliver cringe – and they hadn’t even begun robbing their customers yet. You can just tell that Wells Fargo is the home town bank you can trust, if lil’ Opie is singing about ’em.
While it seemed as though the Wells Fargo fraud scam couldn’t get any worse, CEO John Stumpf appeared before the Senate Banking Committee this week. The man – who could lose his job (just kidding) would have to scrape by on a paltry $200 Million dollars if he took an early retirement. I can only assume that Stumpf makes some serious coin, although he admits; “I don’t know anything about anything.” That friends, is the key to success, apparently…Well, that and a policy of ‘caring and sharing.’ Heavy on the sharing.
