In our continuing look at fitness and the numerous ways to individualize a program to suit you, we would be remiss if we overlooked exercising at home. As a Vlogger, Jenna keeps her tiny figure in shape by a combination of good genetics and sheer luck. Actually,that was an unfair presumption on my part. As Jenna is about to demonstrate, exercising at home is the most cost and time effective method. Whether you’re just starting out (again) or need an energetic work-out on your time schedule, this may be the most efficient method for you – in theory.
While popping in a DVD and following along, does keep you from ‘prancing’ on local bridle paths, there are certain challenges unique to exercising at home, just as there are to working at home. These are challenges are invisible to those who envy you as they go off to work each day, imagining that your day is one of unscheduled fun and leisure. We – in turn, imagine that their day is one of shopping for terrific work clothes, great socializing and no commute hassles. IOW nothing’s perfect – chose wisely or chose often.
