I read up on how Putin came to power, it was how his popularity grew in his no nonsense dealing with Chechnya. You remember Chechnya? Where Russian trains could not make it through the area without being bombed or robbed. Where Chechnya lined walkways up to their courthouses with the heads of Russian soldiers on spikes. We all remember them taking over that theater. Well Vladamir Putin being the kind of leader Republicans love and admire, pretty much leveled Chechnya and problem solved.
So what’s the beef with him? He is law and order, a military war guy, doesn’t like gays, doesn’t like the Pope, hates Obama, doesn’t like the damn Ukrainians on his border. Could he beat Donald Trump in the Republican Primaries? But wait, he wasn’t born in the US, but then neither was Ted Cruz.
