The sad issue at hand here is not so much the likening of Andre Bauer to Nazism, eugenics and Social Darwinism, for after all, he was inclusive in wanting to keep all poor people from breeding, and eating. He did not single out any religious or racial groups for we all know it is just not the nature of South Carolina to use code words to single out African Americans.
The reason South Carolina was the first to secede and fire upon the Union [and last to accept the end of Jim Crow] was only over the price of cotton. Everyone I talk to in Texas tells me this, so it must be true.
No, the sad issue at hand here – which can be seen in what seems to be Andre Bauer’s rather obtuse inclination to dig himself ever deeper – is that he knows exactly what he is doing which will insure his election as Governor down there in Hillbilly Heaven.
