The answer to all our political woes is not about gerrymandering, or primaries, or debt, it is about taking the House of Representative back from the Republicans who want to do nothing but gum up the works.
The problem is, what with the new information on the 51% of voters who are independents, that they are for the most part white people who don’t give a rat’s ass about non white people. They may not side with Republicans on matters of sex and religion, but they are in their camp when it comes to the black and brown.
If the Democrats would just abandon being nice to people of color, they could control all branches of government. And hey, I’m white so why should a give a rat’s ass? Hmm… I guess it’s because somewhere along the line I became civilized.
