Jon Stewart reviews the 2014 midterm election hyperbole

A Teutonic skull fking!

Jon Stewart review 2014 electionOh the hyperbole!  But at least this hyperbole is about important things rather than grown men chasing balls around.

This is not so bad, after all listening to the Republican winners they will soon be skipping down the garden path, hand in hand with President Obama, in a flower throwing goodwill parade of non partisanship!

Well except for immigration, healthcare, the environment, education, reproductive rights, civil rights, voting rights, financial regulations, guns, food stamps, religion and wars. But other than that things are looking up.

I expect the big issue over these two years to be immigration. Republicans are in lock step with keeping their white culture out of the hands of Hispanic outsiders. They will not allow the 11 million undocumented workers already here to gain citizenship and the right to vote. Especially in red areas which make up over 90% of the American land mass.

The GOP pretty much sees the Hispanic Problem – though now at 17% of the population – as Rush Limbaugh has so well defined the Black Problem.

They only make up 12% of the population so who the Hell cares.
