James Dickey the author of the 1996 bill that kept the CDC from collecting data on gun violence has now teamed up with once CDC director Mark Rosenberg to pour money into the CDC to study gun violence.
So what is the problem gun enthusiasts have with just studying the issue? Well sure, data, facts and logical conclusions will come out of it which will be detrimental to guns for everyone. But gun enthusiasts have no interest in data, facts and logical conclusions, after all, they believe that if everyone had a gun on them we would finally be safe. Like in Syria and Somalia.
