Scott Roeder who happily put a bullet between the eyes of Dr. Tiller while he was in church on Sunday took the stand to first gloat over his crime and then try and sway the Kansas jury to call it manslaughter. The middle American Kansas jury deliberated 37 minutes before returning to the courtroom with a guilty plea.
