Nancy Gordeuk is the new Paula Deen, another example of Southern women who just don’t get the race thing. Paula Deen not only applied the old tired excuse for using the NWORD because she says it refers to all lazy stupid bad people not just black people but she also could not understand what is wrong with designing an antebellum wedding with blacks acting as house slaves.
In this case we have Southern Belle Nancy Gordeuk oblivious to what this is about. It has nothing to do with the Devil, the lights, or calling black people “black people” and everything to do with singling out all black people as the bad ones. “Look who’s leaving, all the black people.” The statement is a window into the heart of Southern Heritage, and of late, the Republican Party.
These middle aged Southern white women were brought up that way, the Devil is real to them and is constantly making them say and do stupid things.
