I sure go agree with Rosie Perez on this in that Starbucks owner Howard Schultz had his heart in the right place but his brain went amiss from all that caffeine.
Speaking of Rosie Perez. I fell in love with her 20 some years ago after seeing her in DO THE RIGHT THING, boy was she hot back then. How did a little goofy looking black pizza delivery boy get to have that I always wondered.
Speaking of Do the RIght Thing. Now there was the movie that put the whole race thing together in an honest manner that has still never been topped. The stubbornness and escalation inherent to human nature on both sides that always seems to start the world on fire.
I remember after it came out I went to my local VIdeo Store – anyone remember video stores – down here in Dumbutt and the middle aged white proprietor told me that not being a racist himself he would not carry a a racist movie made by a racist. Which is pretty much what white guys in line at Starbucks would have to say at least down here in White Gravy Land.
