Charlie Sheen is much like many disreputable GOP politicians. They often vanish after a scandal only to reappear again having landed on their feet, well fed, screeching all night long under your windows,(socializing) and ready to start another of their nine lives.
Charlie is clearly ready to begin again – just as soon as he and Jimmy Fallon figure out which one of them is the Charlie Sheen Clone.
