Other than Ron Paul, John Stossel is our best known Libertarian. You see the connection between Libertarian and Fox News I hope? How “libertarian” and “right-wing swill” are interchangeable.
So here we have more of the Fox News War on Christmas. No wait… It’s not a War on Christmas, it’s a war on the poor, the homeless, the sick and children. All caused by some communist in a red suit giving away free stuff.
I have heard this Stossel / O’reilly argument in a loud constant clamor from ALL my Republican friends. All forms of welfare or FREE STUFF is scammed by crooks and lazy bums gaming the system. Which my friends pay for, most of what they pay for the tell me. Though in reality what the pay most for is war, Medicare, interest on the debt, prisons and education.
The reality is no entitlement has a fraud rate higher than 5%. So here is what you do.
Next time you hear this swill ask them this.
If there were 20 hungry kids in a room, and one of them was pretending to be hungry, would you not feed the other 19?
No wait… Don’t ask that, for it will more than likely cause you to lose more faith in humanity than you already have…
