You know I have often, perhaps too often reminded the readers here that the 1st Amendment was not the first in the Bill of RIGHTS by chance. And that the first 10 words of it were not the first 10 words by chance "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion…" Also notice it does not say "a" religion but "of" religion.
The next most important points after keeping religion out of the government were the rights of free speech, free press and the right to peaceably assemble. So how many TeaBaggers, talk radio hosts, Fox news anchors and Faith Based Christians are screeching about the right to peaceable assemble. The top tier of CONSTITUTIONAL rights insuring our FREEDOM and LIBERTY. Answer is about ZERO.
