What is it with so many Doctors becoming Republican wingnuts in Congress? We have Coburn, Broun, Gingrey to name a few. I would assume they are there because having “Dr.” in a name wins elections?
So here we have yet another story of Republican AND Christian hypocrisy. Since DesJarlias was caught having sex with a patient he may lose his medical license. Add to that the standard Republican hypocrisy of -do what I say not what I do- in regards to abortion, DesJarlias is now still a few points ahead in his upcoming election.
What’s worse for the voters of Tennessee? A predatory doctor having his way with female patients who advocates abortion only when it affects a man’s life? Or a Democrat?
Remember, a Tennessee state wide vote elected to the Senate Rand Paul, easily the most extreme right-wing nutcase in Senate history. Damn I want to grab him by his silly curly hear and give him a shake to see what happens.
