29 states now have laws protecting us from Sharia Law (religion)? Wouldn’t laws against gay marriage count as Sharia Law? Hmm, well I guess that is another story for another day.
Good to see the State Legislature of Tennessee keeping religion out of their bathrooms. Well one kind of religion anyway. But wasn’t Jesus a foot washer? Or was he a foot washee?
You know, being a water baby I have spent a good share of my life barefoot or in flip flops. So I am always on the lookout for foot washers of any sort. We need more of them, especially down here in the warmer climes.
There is a benefit to my mostly barefoot way of life. Instead of socks full of moldy fungal smelly slime, I accumulate only dirt, which is mostly clean dirt. Well other than when I cut the lawn and step in some dog poop. And what the hell, I’ll be in the water soon anyway. Easier cleaning my feet than a pair of shoes doanyaknow.
The only real macho part of my life still ongoing is when I walk the tide line at the beach and pop the blue balloons of the Man of War with my bare heel. If there happens to be any of those big white thick jelly fish around, I scoop out the innards and put the cap on my head like a helmet. Hardly anyone talks to me though.
