The Supreme Court yesterday decided not to hear any gay marriage cases. This means the due process and equal protection clauses of the Constitution will keep the ball rolling forward no matter how backward, bigoted and nasty some states want to be. Ted Cruz finds that even the conservative controlled Supreme Court, which includes Antonin Scalia and Clarence Thomas, are abdicating its duty to the constitution, guilty of judicial activism at it’s worse, and it is both tragic and indefensible.

Ted Cruz is the nominal leader of The Tea Party. He has won most every Republican presidential straw poll by double digits and often his speeches are delayed for long minutes of foot stomping standing ovations. It is even said the ladies in the audience throw thier Depends at him when he walks on stage.
