The new theme of the NRA – kicked off by the NRA new president Jim Porter, a fat, white, confederate, Birther, Alabama lawyer – is that this all goes beyond guns and is a Cultural War. As if no one knew that? The NRA convention here in Houston could better serve the 70,000 gun enthusiasts attending with more booths selling dental insurance, trailer jacks, shoes and GED plans.
The question that should be asked most in this cultural war is… Do you want your children playing at a gun enthusiast’s house?
